Service Delivery Standards
Once you have placed an order with PUDZ you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that your order has been placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. On average, most orders will take up to 10 working days to be processed once the order is finalised (excepting Christmas, Easter periods and other periods of high demand).

Prices for local and international shipping are quoted on this site. These costs are quoted per item.

Acceptance of the Goods & Refunds
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 21 working days of receiving the goods. Should there be a fault, PUDZ will refund the item once it has been returned to us, with exception of:
• change of mind;
• faults caused by the misuse in any way that contributed to the fault;
• a problem or fault that is completely outside of our control.

In the event of the cancellation of an order prior to dispatch a fee will be charged to cover administrative costs incurred.
